André 3000 has announced a run of 2024 tour dates in support of his debut solo album New Blue Sun.
The “New Blue Sun Live” Tour will kick off on January 29th in Brooklyn, followed by a three-day residency at the legendary Blue Note Jazz Club, where André and his band will play two shows per night. They’ll then make stops performing multiple shows in cities including Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, and San Francisco before finishing with a five-night run at The Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever in Los Angeles.
André will be joined by a live ensemble that includes Nate Mercereau, Surya Botofasina, Deantoni Parks, Diego Gaeta, Matthewdavid, V.C.R, Diego Gaeta, Jesse Peterson, and Mia Doi Todd.

After New Blue Sun was released last November, its opening track “I Swear, I Really Wanted to Make a ‘Rap’ Album but This Is Literally the Way the Wind Blew Me This Time” made Billboard chart history as the longest-ever song to crack the Hot 100.
